Assembly

ADCO’s complex assembly capabilities are powered by ongoing capital and talent investment. Our three high-speed surface mount assembly lines can manufacture either leaded or unleaded assemblies. And our equipment, augmented by selective solder capabilities for thru-hole devices, can place 0201s and micro BGAs.

ADCO’s expert box build capabilities offer you a smoother, more efficient path to market. We offer plastic and metal enclosures, torque and FOD control systems, wiring, assembly, and testing. With smart, robust planning systems and front-end engineering, ADCO successfully tackles even the most complex builds. A fully automated stockroom with barcode readers and 7 vertical storage units enables accuracy and speed.

ADCO’s manufacturing is set up for efficient volume production, with dedicated assembly cells designed by our manufacturing engineers to accommodate each customer’s specific processes, and custom tooling.

People and Culture

ADCO’s 125 employees are all focused on customer success. Employees are organized by function and then by customer. Program managers, buyers, planners and manufacturing teams are all tied to specific customers and learn the nuances associated with specific customer products, be they hard-to-obtain components or unique manufacturing processes. ADCO manufacturing employees are trained in-house by certified trainers to IPC 610 class II and class III standards. The environment at ADCO is energetic, with employees focused on meeting customer expectations. ADCO experiences very low employee turnover, and it’s common to find employees with 15 or more years of service.
